SUSIE DOBSON

Australian native Susie Dobson is the president of the LA based public relations company, Susie Dobson Global PR, which she founded in January 2000. The firm represents a diverse roster of luxury accounts in the fields of travel, hospitality, fashion, beauty, entertainment, design and non-profit.

In May 2006 she nominated for the Women Making a Difference Award by the Los Angeles Business Journal.

Susie is a member of The International Food, Wine and Travel Writers Association (IFWTWA), League of American Communications Professionals, Entertainment Publicists Professional Society and Cosmetic Executive Women.

Together with her filmmaker husband, Kevin James Dobson she produced the independent feature film The Virgin of Juarez, which stars Minnie Driver. This gripping drama investigates the ongoing and unsolved real life murders and disappearance of hundreds of women in the Mexican border town.

Dobson is a guest lecturer at Santa Monica College’s School of Marketing and USC Annenberg School of Communications and Pepperdine University.
