Hot on the heels of the success of The Babadook, IFC Midnight has picked up the U.S. rights to another Australian horror film, Wyrmwood.

Directed by Kiah Roache-Turner from a screenplay he co-wrote with his brother, Tristan Roache-Turner, the film is set in the aftermath of a zombie apocalypse and follows the story of a mechanic on a mission to rescue his sister.

Jay Gallagher, Luke McKenzie and Bianca Bradey star.

No release date has been announced.
