Check out the new trailer for Naomi Watt's upcoming biopic "Diana".
Directed by Olivier Hirschbiegel, Diana tells the story of the Princess' love affair with Dr. Hasnat Khan, a British Pakistani heart and lung surgeon.
According to friends and the media, Khan was Diana's true love. She called him "Mr. Wonderful".
Naveen Andrews from the hit ABC show "Lost" plays Khan.
The wait for this highly anticipated film is almost over, "Diana" will premiere in cinemas across Australia and the USA 10 October.
In an interview with Hello Magazine
back in May, Watts said that it was both scary and an honor to play The People's Princess.
"It is such an honour to be able to play this iconic role."
"It was very scary going into it. It was interesting getting to know her as I did all the research.
She is a fascinating woman who led an extraordinary but short life. The most fun part of it is the research. It was daunting because everyone feels they know her so well so you want to get it perfect. It’s not an impression, it’s an interpretation."
