According to The Wrap, Aussie Josh Helman has secured a "secret role" in Bryan Singer's "X-Men: Days of Future Past".
Helman joins fellow Aussie Hugh Jackman, and other original "X-Men" cast members Sir Ian McKellen, Patrick Stewart and Halle Berry, as well as 2011's "X-Men: First Class" alumni James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender and Jennifer Lawrence.
"Days of Future Past" also adds Game of Thrones' Peter Dinklage, Omar Sy (The Intouchables), Fan Bingbing (Iron Man 3) and Evan Peters (American Horror Story) to the cast.
The Wrap is reporting that Helman's role could be significant, as he is expected to be on set for several weeks.
The young Australian actor's star has been rising steadily since he began his career on the beaches of Summer Bay, in Channel 7's Home And Away.
From Animal Kingdom to Jack Reacher (with Tom Cruise and fellow rising star Jai Courtney) to Richard Gray's Aussie rules football drama "Blinder, Helman can next be seen in George Miller's post-apocalyptic action film "Mad Max: Fury Road" with Tom Hardy, Charliz Theron and "X-Men: Days of Future Past" co-star Nicholas Hoult.
