Aussie Margot Robbie is in talks to join Will Smith on the cast of "Focus".
Directed by Glen Ficarra and John Requa (Crazy, Stupid, Love), "Focus" tells the story of a con-artist and the trouble that ensues after he falls for his apprentice.
According to Variety, Warner Bros tested several actresses for the role, including Michelle Williams, Jessica Biel and fellow Aussie Rose Byrne.
Robbie is expected to receive an official offer from the studio soon.
In other Robbie news, the actress will soon be seen starring in two movies this coming November.
On November 8, Universal Studios and Working Title will release "About Time"- a time-traveling love story from the creator of "Love Actually", "Notting Hill" and "Four weddings and a Funeral", starring Rachel McAdams, Domhnall Gleeson, Margot Robbie and Bill Nighy.
Then, on November 15, Robbie can be seen starring opposite Leonardo DiCaprio, Jonah Hill and Matthew McConaughey in Martin Scorsese’s “The Wolf of Wall Street".
