What is AIF looking for in a volunteer?

• Initiative and experience in a particular area

• Commitment to follow through with set requirements/goals

• Pride in work, self-motivated with attention to detail

• Responsible individual able to perform solo as well as manage a small team

• Ability to provide simple written reports to board

• Commit up to 10 hours per month

• Generate ideas to grow the organization in relevant areas

• Bring new contacts and relationships beneficial to AIF

• Previous non-profit experience not necessary

What do volunteers gain?

• Ability to offer family and friends a free introductory screening/event experience (where appropriate)

• Free attendance to exclusive events where possible
